The Automation Audit produces a written, ranked list of automation opportunities, with build-versus-buy recommendations and realistic cost and effort estimates, delivered in one to four weeks, depending on the package, and presented to your team. Every audit also leaves you with two simple automations set up and running, such as an agent that answers calls or automatic replies on WhatsApp. The Standard and Extended audits also map the AI tools your firm already uses, the data each one touches and the suppliers' contracts.

A scoping session defines the agent's job and success metrics. We build it, integrate it with your existing tools, train your team live, and support and tune it for 30 days after launch. Every agent comes with a security dossier.
