- Standard · 90 min — the full working session: your workflow mapped, options compared and the build cost estimated.
All prices exclude VAT, which is added on your invoice where it applies.
How it works
- You bring the problem. A workflow, a bottleneck or an idea.
- We work through it together. On video: what AI can and cannot do here, which tools fit, and what it would realistically cost to build. We record the call only if you ask us in writing beforehand.
- You receive it in writing. A summary of recommendations within 3 working days of the session.
The fee is credited
The session fee is credited in full toward an AI Automation Audit or Custom AI Agent engagement booked within 30 days.

Which length should I choose?
Express (45 minutes) is for one workflow and one question. Standard (90 minutes) maps the workflow, compares the options and estimates the build cost. If you are unsure, Standard leaves room to go deeper.
What do I receive afterwards?
A written summary of recommendations within 3 working days of the session. We record the call only if you ask us in writing beforehand; the recording is then yours, for internal reference.
Is the fee credited if we continue?
Yes. The session fee is credited in full toward an AI Automation Audit or Custom AI Agent engagement booked within 30 days.
What if AI is not the right answer?
Then we say so. The assessment covers what AI can and cannot do for your workflow, and an honest “not yet” or “not this way” is a useful result.
What happens after I order?
After checkout you receive the order confirmation by email, and we get in touch to agree the dates.
