- Express · 7 days — one workflow area or team, for example client intake or billing and follow-ups: one mapping session, a ranked list of opportunities, two simple automations set up and running, and a 30-minute readout.
- Standard · 14 days — your whole firm, with everything listed below.
- Extended · 4 weeks — several teams or offices: the Standard scope plus a detailed ROI model for each opportunity.
All prices exclude VAT, which is added on your invoice where it applies.
Two simple automations, included
Every package includes two simple automations, set up and running: for example an agent that answers your calls when you cannot, and automatic replies on WhatsApp to the people who write to you. We choose them with you from what the audit finds, and they go live as soon as we have the access we need.
They run on ready-made tools. The monthly fees of those tools are paid by you to the provider and depend on how many calls and messages you receive: we measure that during the audit and tell you the cost before anything goes live. An AI agent always says that it is one. Anything custom-built or integrated with your systems is a Custom AI Agent.

Which package fits my firm?
Express covers one workflow area or team. Standard covers the whole firm. Extended covers several teams or offices and adds a detailed ROI model for each opportunity.
What is the AI use and compliance map?
A working register of the AI tools your firm already uses and the kind of data each one touches, with a supplier check against GDPR Article 28 and a screening of whether a data protection impact assessment is needed. It is part of the Standard and Extended audits, and it is a working document, not legal advice.
Do you build what the audit recommends?
Two simple automations come with every audit and are switched on with it. Beyond those, the roadmap includes build-versus-buy recommendations, and a custom agent can follow. Bought together in a bundle, the two cost about 10% less than separately.
I already booked a Strategy Session. Is the fee credited?
Yes. If you booked a Strategy Session within the last 30 days, its fee is credited in full toward the audit.
What happens after I order?
After checkout you receive the order confirmation by email, and we get in touch to agree the dates.
