Da Re & Kaplan is an operator-led firm working at the intersection of two things we know from the inside: artificial intelligence put to work in real businesses, and Italian real estate.

What we do

AI Solutions & Automation

We help professional firms — law and accounting practices, agencies, real estate operators — remove repetitive work. We start with an audit of how your firm actually runs, then design, build and deploy AI agents and automations that save measurable hours every week.

Italian Real Estate — Invest & Buy

For international buyers and investors, we source undervalued properties, run independent feasibility analysis and manage renovations on the ground — so you can own in Italy without fighting Italian bureaucracy alone. Alongside client mandates, we develop our own projects, currently including a 65-key hotel in Chianti Fiorentino.

How we work

We are operators, not brokers. We invest our own capital in the projects we develop, and we build the AI systems we recommend. Every engagement starts with the numbers, and when we recommend something — an automation, a property, a renovation budget — it's because we would stake our own money on it.

Based in Conegliano, in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy, we work with clients across Italy and internationally.
